can i belly dance 8 monts after a ceaserian coz i have lower back pain sometimes.also guide me 2 a website shoing belly dance steps

Just remember to take care of your lower back while belly dance, & don’t work out too aggressive. You can dance with the soft moves without hurting your lower back while strengthen your lower back muscle at the same time.
